On the Way to the Sea.
The site has exceptional view characteristics. To reinforce the natural landscape and focus attention on key vistas, a system of view corridors was created. The route is conceived as a mountain river: beginning in the mountains with a sharp, rugged character, the architecture becomes part of the landscape, flows into the lines of a terraced park, and gradually descends toward the sea, coming to rest at the open water.
The Sea becomes the final point of the architectural narrative — the destination. A distinct architectural element marks the completion of the route and the river’s arrival at its goal.
