Drawing on the history of the site and the people after whom the surrounding streets are named, the concept

proposes a vivid interpretation based on contrasting development typologies. The skyscraper typology — the

“Bukhvostov Tower” — recalls the achievements of architect Bukhvostov, while the urban villas offer a visual

interpretation of Bukhvostov the politician and Bukhvostov the hussar.
